Screening for Diabetes & Hypertension-CLW

A Hypertension & Diabetes Screening Camp has been organized for the staff of CLW. To start with initially all staff of 3-phase traction motor shop will be examined/screened on 07.8.07 by the doctors & paramedical staff of K.G.Hospital. This is will be inaugurated by Sri V.Shanker, GM/CLW at 09.30 am on 07.8.07 in 3-phase traction motor shop. Such type of health check up camps are of immense benefit to the employees as hypertension & diabetes are otherwise symptomless and the person does not attend hospital till late stage complications of the disease compel him to seek medical advice. This screening will be continued till all the employees of the workshop are examined over next few months.
